Showing, judging and occasionally breeding Golden Retrievers has been our hobby for over twenty years. During which time we have owned and/or bred nine Champions, a CC winner, a Res.CC winner, ten Junior Warrant winners,  and an influential stud dog, also many wonderful family companions. We rarely have more than one litter a year and limit our numbers in order that all our dogs can live in the house. We aim to breed friendly dogs of good type and character, who will bring their owners pleasure whether shown or not. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS (MINE NOT THE DOGS!) OUR SHOWING ACTIVITIES WILL BE RESTRICTED DURING THE NEXT FEW MONTHS, SO UPDATES WILL BE FEW. DAVE IS LOOKING FORWARD TO SHOWING OUR TWO NEW BABIES, PICTURED BELOW, IN THE NEW YEAR.

GATCHELLS SUMMER JADE from a Golden Retriever entry of 102 won B.O.B. a Crufts qualification and Group 2, at Bridgwater & DCS Premier Show. Her daughter GATCHELLS SOLITAIRE BY SHARDANELL.(Sh.Ch. Shardanell Castaspell) owned by M. Joy won BEST PUPPY IN SHOW at the G.R.C. of Wales Championship Show. pictured below aged 4 months.

 GATCHELLS FAITH (Sh.Ch. Stormerick Solomon x G. Summer Jade) pictured below. In  four months, attending nine Championship shows, Faith has won Two Reserve CCs, five Post Graduate classes, one Graduate class, and two blue cards. We hope to show her again in the Spring of 08

Gatchells Prodigal Son, picture below (Hundefotografen) aged 14 months, owned by Marianne Skott Jespersen (Denmark) has had a good start winning CK awards and 1st Junior dog. He is litter brother to Peppermint and Priceless both of whom have gained their K.C. Junior Warrants.
